Find some inner stillness with Meditation

Meditation - Coming back to the quiet that has always been within

Meditation is not about becoming someone new, or rising above the chaos of everyday life. It is about softening into what is already here. Through breath, stillness and gentle guidance, you begin to recognise your own inner steadiness, the place inside you that doesn’t move even when life does.

My meditation sessions draw on the teachings and techniques from my many teachers, who have generously shared from their lineages from across the world, as well as the grounding influence of my personal practice. What I find in each experience is this: presence is not something we achieve. It is something we remember.

In our time together, you will be guided to:

• return to the breath

• build a compassionate relationship with your inner world

• explore techniques such as breath-led awareness, visualisation, mantra and somatic grounding

• create your own accessible meditation ritual for daily life

Each session is tailored to what you need: clarity, calm, focus, emotional release or reconnection. These practices are here to remind you of your own capacity for stillness and self-trust. Working together in a personalised setting allows for you to discuss your experience and then we build a sustainable practice for you to incorporate and develop in between sessions.
